1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Ing. Naďa Rehová, Company ID 76041336, registered at Zátopkova 762, 252 44 Dolní Jirčany, Czech Republic, e-mail letsgo@planbforyou.com.
2. What data we process
Your name, e-mail address, optionally phone number and details of your travel wishes sent by e-mail or form. When you buy a plan, payment details too (payer account, amount, variable symbol).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to handle your enquiry and deliver the purchased plan (contract), to meet accounting and tax duties (legal obligation) and to answer your questions (legitimate interest). Marketing messages are sent only with your consent.
4. Retention
We keep correspondence as long as needed and at most 3 years; accounting records for the period required by law (10 years).
5. Recipients
We never share your data for marketing. E-mail and hosting providers, the analytics tool Google, our bank and accountant may process it, only as strictly necessary.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Just write to letsgo@planbforyou.com. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
7. Cookies
The site uses essential technical cookies and browser storage (e.g. to remember your cookie-banner choice). Visitor statistics are measured with Google Analytics — but the tool only runs after you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Your browser remembers that choice; you can change it any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer, or delete cookies in your browser settings. Analytics data is shared with Google; since we do not anonymize or block its processing, we enable analytics cookies only on the basis of your consent.
